We accept a limited number of insurance cases; please inquire to see if we have spots available as this number is in constant flux.If your insurance is not listed above and you have a Preferred Provider Option (PPO) insurance plan, we can provide a monthly superbill reflecting your treatment services. Clients can send superbills directly to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement for out-of-network services. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and credit, debit, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as forms of payment for therapeutic services. Card payments are processed through a HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice. We can discuss how this can be set up in initial sessions. Payment is due following the end of each session.Note that credit and debit card payments will include a processing fee of 3.15% + $0.30.
